2. Booking and confirmation
- Bookings can be made via online form or direct contact.
- A booking is confirmed after successful payment or written confirmation from support.
- The client is responsible for providing correct route, date, time, and contact details.
3. Payments
- Online payments are handled by an external payment provider.
- The displayed price covers the service scope defined in the confirmed booking.
- Route updates, extra stops, or extended waiting may require additional charges.
4. Changes and cancellations
- Booking changes should be reported as early as possible via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Airport transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- For distance rides over 50 km, free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- After these limits, a fee may apply based on already incurred operational costs, up to the full booking value.
- No-show at pickup location may result in charging up to full booking value.
5. Waiting time and service delivery
- For airport pickups we monitor flights and include standard post-landing waiting time.
- For city pickups, waiting time follows the booking confirmation terms.
- Waiting beyond the ordered scope may require additional payment.
6. Passenger rules
- No smoking in the vehicle and safety rules must be followed.
- Child transport requires a proper child seat when legally required.
- Luggage above declared limits may require a higher vehicle class.
7. Liability
- KRK Ride performs services with due care and safety standards.
- We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic, or incorrect client data.
- The client is liable for damages caused in the vehicle by passengers.
8. Complaints and contact

9. Governing law and updates
Polish law applies unless mandatory consumer regulations state otherwise.
